Great location near the ski slopes and shops, making it convenient for skiing and shopping. The balcony with morning sun was a lovely spot to start the day. Staff members were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easier.
There was no small fridge in the room, limiting cooking and eating options. Additionally, there was an issue with lost keys and a delay in reaching the owners.

Incredible Freebies: During my stay at this family-run apartment house in the delightful Wildschönau Valley, I was pleasantly surprised by the myriad of perks that came with it. From complimentary access to local museums and guided hikes, to the use of cable cars and entry to the public swimming pool in the summer, the list of benefits seemed endless. It felt as if they were showering me with goodies like a kid in a candy store! But that's not all.
Lost Key, Delayed Access.

I recently stayed at the Alpenhof apartment in Wildschonau for a week of skiing. The €200/week single room rate was very affordable, and the host, Elisabeth, provided everything I needed for my raw vegan cooking. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town, close to lifts and the supermarket. The host gave me independence and access to the beautiful garden, and the family members were friendly and welcoming. it was a fantastic place to stay for a week of skiing.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The apartment we stayed in at Appartement Alpenhof Wildschonau was incredible! It had a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking our own meals and enjoying them in the cozy dining area. The satellite TV and comfortable seating area made it a great space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The bathroom with a hairdryer was a convenient addition too. We felt right at home!
As much as we loved our stay, we personally found that not having a dishwasher in the apartment was a bit inconvenient. However, we understand that some guests might not mind washing dishes by hand and could even enjoy it as a way to unwind.

The only minor downside was the lack of a refrigerator in the room, but we managed to make use of the balcony for storing our perishables.
